After cookies are completely cooled, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and place in airtight container. Store at room temperature up to 3 days. Or, freeze in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

To add extra peanut butter punch, I added Reese's peanut butter chips & added chopped macadamia nuts to some. Did the trick!

Easy to make and tastes pretty good. The peanut butter taste is very weak though, so I added chocolate chips to the second half of the batter (chocolate makes everything better!). The recipe made a TON of cookies.
