  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Pour butter into pie plate, then add cheese to separate pie plate. Unroll, then separate breadsticks.
  • Dip 1 breadstick into butter, then in cheese, turning to evenly coat both sides of breadstick with each ingredient. Twist breadstick; place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining breadsticks.
  • Bake 13 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Let stand on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks. Cool slightly.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with grilled meat and a crisp mixed green salad.

I used garlic powder, which was great, but also tried some with Italian Seasoning and mozzarella cheese. The Mozz. doesn't have taste, but the italian seasoning and garlic tasted great! My faves were the ones with all 3 on top!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've make this dozens of times. I've make this dozens of times. They're great. I especially like the way the margarine makes the bottoms of the breadsticks nice and crispy. Also, I add a little garlic powder to the margarine. Delish!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are so tasty, especially right out of the oven. These are so tasty, especially right out of the oven. I used vegetable oil spray and then rolled the sticks in parmesan cheese. A little less fat, but lots of taste! Great with salads.
