Very yummy recipe!! I did not put in nutmeg (yuck) but I did double the recipe in order to make more sauce.

what you need

oz.  fettuccine, uncooked

Tbsp.  butter or margarine, cut up
1/3
cup  half-and-half
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8
tsp.  ground nutmeg
1/8
tsp.  pepper

Make It

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package.

DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add butter; toss until butter is completely melted. Add half-and-half and cheese; mix lightly.

SPRINKLE with nutmeg and pepper.

Serving Suggestion
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Special Extra
Add 1 clove garlic, minced, with the half-and-half and cheese.
Substitute
Substitute milk for the half-and-half.
