Here's meatloaf with a decidedly Italian influence, featuring zesty spaghetti sauce and Parmesan seasoning.

What You Need

cup  spaghetti sauce, divided
cup  plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
lb.  lean ground beef
cup  dry bread crumbs
cup  finely chopped onions
 egg, lightly beaten
tsp.  Italian seasoning

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

RESERVE 1/4 cup each spaghetti sauce and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients just until blended.

SHAPE meat mixture into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish; top with remaining spaghetti sauce and cheese.

BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until done (160°F).

Serve with a steamed green vegetable and small baked sweet potato.
Keeping it Safe
After shaping a meatloaf with your hands, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and hot water. A quick rinse under the faucet is not enough to kill the bacteria from the raw meat.
