TOSS meat with flour; place in slow cooker.
ADD carrots, mushrooms, wine, bay leaf and Simmer Sauce; cover.
COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
15 Minutes Before Serving
COOK rice as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, add Finishing Sauce to slow cooker; mix well.
DISCARD bay leaf. Serve meat mixture over rice; sprinkle with parsley.
