Here's all the flavor you love in bruschetta—in an easy pork chop and pasta skillet recipe. The best part? It takes just 30 minutes, start to finish.

What You Need

pkg.  (16.4 oz.) KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Chicken Bruschetta Pasta
cup  panko bread crumbs
 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
Tbsp.  olive oil
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

POUR half the Simmer Sauce into pie plate; place bread crumbs in separate pie plate. Dip chops, 1 at a time, in sauce, then in crumbs, turning to evenly coat with crumbs.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.

TOP with remaining Simmer Sauce and Finishing Sauce; simmer 3 min. or until chops are done (145ºF).

SPRINKLE with mozzarella; cover. Simmer on low heat 1 min. Remove from heat; let stand 2 min. before serving.
