  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour half the Simmer Sauce into baking dish.
  • Mix Baking Sauce, spinach and bread crumbs until blended. Spread evenly onto chicken breasts. Starting at one short end; roll up. Cover with remaining Simmer Sauce and cheese.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked pasta or rice.

    This turned out great. I actually made this into a freezer meal. I assembled the chicken and tied it with kitchen string before I put everything into a gallon sized freezer Ziploc bag. To thaw, I put the bag in the refrigerator the night before. I have a 6 and 4 year old who loved this! My 4 year old does not like chicken and gobbled this up. I only made 4 pieces of chicken for this recipe and had extra spinach filling so I over-stuffed the chicken. My 6 year old was eating all the extra filling that fell onto the plate with a fork! The chicken was moist and the whole meal was delicious! I made with egg noodles and bread. My husband says this is something we definitely need to make again!
