It only takes 15 minutes and 4 ingredients to get the filling for these southwest-style chicken thighs and pepper wraps into the slow cooker.

What You Need

2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken thighs

 green peppers, cut into thin strips
1
pkg.  (16.7 oz.) KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Hickory BBQ Beef

 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

PLACE chicken in slow cooker; top with peppers. Add Simmer Sauce; cover.

COOK on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

15 Min. Before Serving Remove chicken from slow cooker; place on cutting board. Cool 10 min.; pull into shreds with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker. Stir in Finishing Sauce; cook, covered, on HIGH 15 min.

SERVE in warmed tortillas.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute
Substitute 8 Hawaiian sandwich rolls for the tortillas.
Variation
Substitute 8 hamburger buns for the tortillas. Fill buns with chicken mixture and your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with coleslaw and hot cooked corn on the cob.
