What You Need

1-1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1
Tbsp.  oil
1
 green pepper, chopped
1
 onion, chopped
1
can   (15.5 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed
1
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1
pkg.  (18.2 oz.) KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Verde Chicken Enchiladas
1-1/2
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice
2
Tbsp.   chopped fresh cilantro
1
 lime, cut into 8 wedges

Make It

COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until done.

STIR in peppers and onions; cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.

ADD beans, broth and Finishing Sauce; stir. Simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.

SERVE over rice. Top with Filling Sauce. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

Substitute ground turkey for the cut-up chicken breasts.
