Look for firm, smooth, well-shaped potatoes that are free of wrinkles, cracks and blemishes. Avoid any with green-tinged skins or sprouting "eyes" or buds.
Mix oil and dip mix in large resealable plastic bag. Add potatoes; seal bag. Gently shake bag to evenly coat potatoes with oil mixture; spread onto prepared baking sheet. Bake as directed.
