I have made a cheese spread recipe for Christmas for years that requires the Roka Blue. Fortunately I have been able to find it on E bay.
Who at Kraft provided this recipe??? Terrible. Used my last jar a few years ago to duplicate the Roka Blue Spread to my best ability. This is CLOSE. Use Tablespoons if you want.

My mother used to wash Roka Blue jars and use them for juice glasses, and that was years ago.
My children and I love Roka and I found this recipe because I wanted to try to make some since it's been discontinued. I am sad to see that it's not very well received.
Bring back the Roka.
