I have made a cheese spread recipe for Christmas for years that requires the Roka Blue. Fortunately I have been able to find it on E bay.

Who at Kraft provided this recipe??? Terrible. Used my last jar a few years ago to duplicate the Roka Blue Spread to my best ability. This is CLOSE. Use Tablespoons if you want. 16 Parts-Cream Cheese Spread 1 Part-Roka Blue Cheese Crumbles 1/3 Part-Salt

My mother used to wash Roka Blue jars and use them for juice glasses, and that was years ago. My children and I love Roka and I found this recipe because I wanted to try to make some since it's been discontinued. I am sad to see that it's not very well received. Bring back the Roka.
