I have not tried this yet so I rated it based on the other reviews. Can Swiss Chard be substituted for the kale? I have quite a lot of that. How long will it keep? Thank you!

I make this all the time. I spray my kale with Pam Olive Oil. Uses less oil and there is no mess! My husband was an avid chip fan. Now he actually prefers these!
