    I used plain mayo instead of the flavored stuff and it was still good - although it would not be as healthy, I think it would taste better with a regular flour tortilla.

    I forgot to buy the pineapple at the store and left off the peanuts and it was amazing! Really fresh and tasty. Makes a great lunch.
