  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes, onions and garlic; cook 5 to 7 min. or until potatoes are golden brown, stirring occasionally. Spoon into medium bowl; set aside.
  • Brown meat in same skillet; drain. Add frozen vegetables and tomato sauce; mix well. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Layer half each of the potato mixture, meat mixture and cheese in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
