  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Brown meat in medium skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in pizza sauce.
  • Combine ricotta, Parmesan, basil and pepper; spread onto pizza crust. Top with pizza sauce mixture.
  • Bake 5 to 8 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with mozzarella; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Substitute crumbled Italian sausage for the ground beef.

Variation

Prepare using POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese and/or KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
