Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was wonderful. This recipe was wonderful. However, I thought two heaping tablespoons of ricotta cheese per noodle was far too much. My fiance and I adjusted the recipe to approximately one tablespoon per noodle. I also flavored my ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder. I read the other tips from the other cooks, and I only cooked the noodles for about 7 or 8 minutes as suggested and that made it very easy to spread the ingredients and roll up the noodles. I would also cover the dish with aluminum foil next time for the first 35 minutes of cooking and uncover it at the end if you don't like your noodles crunchy. Skye and I like our noodles a little crunchy, so we thought it was perfect without covering it. Great recipe, very filling.

We both love pasta with red sauce, but there are only so many options. This recipe was a welcome twist on an old favorite to spice up our dinner menu! I made it the first time and my husband kept looking at it like I was crazy, but in the end, he took the leftovers to work the next day and asked me to make it again a few weeks later.

Also italian seasoning. **This recipe was not as easy to make as it sounds or looks** but with practice will probably become more so. My family loved it. My husband has declared it one of his new favorite meals. I usually make lasagna in the crock-pot so this was a change and the whole family likes this better!

It was much prettier than standard lasagna and was a huge hit with everyone at the party! I was a bit skeptical of adding the A1 sauce to the mix but it was delicious. Since I had to quintuple the recipe I used 3 lbs. of ground beef and 2 lbs. of sausage. It was delicious. Thanks for the great recipe!

This was very tasty, Preparation takes longer that 20 minutes. Melissa SoCal.

Here's a tip: Cook the lasangna noodles for about 7 minutes so they're a little undercooked (they've finish cooking in the oven). This makes them a "stiffer" and not as prone to tearing. Also, let the noodles dry off a bit or pat them dry with a paper towel before trying to roll them. Makes the less slippery and easier to handle.
