  • Layer red tomatoes, and half each of the basil and salami in 4 (1-cup) jars with lids; cover with cheese. Top with layers of remaining salami and basil; cover with yellow tomatoes.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. dressing over ingredients in each jar; cover with lid.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Shake jars just before emptying onto plates to serve.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup chopped drained canned artichokes for the salami.

Variation

Omit the jars. Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl. Refrigerate as directed. Add dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
