  • Layer first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Break apart Noodles; sprinkle over peppers. Top with onions.
  • Mix dressing, sour cream and contents of Seasoning Packet until blended; spread over salad, sealing dressing mixture to edge of bowl.
  • Refrigerate several hours.

Add snow peas to large pot of boiling water; cook 1 min. or until peas turn bright green. Drain, then immediately plunge peas into bowl of ice water. When completely cool, drain snow peas and pat dry.
