Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ah-MAY-zing! Ah-MAY-zing! Absolutely fantastic! I was dead set against eating this because I hate beans, and the idea of eating them cold made it even worse...but one bite and I've never looked back! Everybody who's tried this just devours it, even the skeptics like me! I follow the recipe exactly, just use more shredded cheese. I usually make this in a disposable pie tin with a lid for parties, or I make it in two disposable loaf pans for individual servings at home (just split the recipe in two and use half in each pan). I also serve it with Frito Scoops chips, those are definitely the best flavor for this recipe. You will NOT be disappointed! And seriously...it takes 5 minutes to make. Trust me, I have a hard time boiling water and even I can do this! ;-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dip and it was great! I made this dip and it was great! However, I did have to make some alterations to it; I added some spicy taco seasoning and some chipotle in adobo sauce (deseeded). The crowd loved it! I made it the morning of and it was great by the afternoon. A definite remake! Just try to jazz it up!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This had a good taste, but I think I would use the whipped cream cheese spread instead of the block... This had a good taste, but I think I would use the whipped cream cheese spread instead of the block b/c it was really hard to scoop on the chips. I mixed mine with taco seasoning, used salsa instead of the rotel, and topped with lettuce and black olives along with the suggested ingredients. People came back for seconds, but like I said it was really sloppy and didn't mesh together well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really easy dip to make. Really easy dip to make. I used the whipped cream cheese othewise it is too hard to spread and scoop with crackers. I also added some finely chopped garlic on top of the cream cheese. I also use the flavored diced tomatos like italian or with garlic etc. It was suggested to mix 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning in the cream cheese for better flavor but haven't tried that yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for a football gathering this past weekend. I made this for a football gathering this past weekend. I used Neufchatel (reduced fat) cream cheese to make it a little less caloric. I also mixed in about 2 Tbls. taco seasoning to the cream cheese for a bit more flavor. It certainly was a hit and the plate was literally scraped clean! Will definately make again, especially considering how easy it is... Thanks Kraft!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabby FAB! Fabby FAB! I made this twice, two days in a row in fact. We had people coming over, it was quick, easy, and everyone loved it! I used a mixer to beat the cream cheese with a little taco seasoning added, added the black beans, then after straining the water from a jar of salsa I added that to the top. Didn't even need the cheese! I will make this again and again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My guests loved it! My guests loved it! They ate it all up. I followed the recipe. But instead of using the canned tomatoes I used salsa and I added chopped green onion. Instead of serving it cold. I covered it and baked it in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. It was so easy and delicious. It came out awesome!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for Easter and it was a crowd pleaser. I made this for Easter and it was a crowd pleaser. Everyone loved it. Unfortunately, I forgot the shredded cheese, but it was still delicious. Just make sure the cream cheese is completely soft before spreading. I sprinkled chili powder over the cream cheese before the beans went on. So good!!
