What You Need

pkg. (9.2 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Chocolate Silk Pie

pkg. (11.1 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Cheesecake

cup (1 stick) margarine, melted

1-2/3

cups cold milk

1-1/2

cups cold milk

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make It

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Empty Crust Mixes from both packages into large bowl. Add margarine; mix with fork until crumbs are well moistened. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.

EMPTY each Filling Mix into separate medium bowl. Prepare each filling with the milk as directed on package. Spread the chocolate filling evenly over the crust, then top with the cheesecake filling. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut into 15 squares to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

How to Melt the Chocolate

To melt the chocolate, place chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. (The chocolate will retain its shape.) Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

My boyfriend actually said this tasted like a dessert served at a restaruant. I was so happy he liked it! When I told him what was in it, he was shocked it was so easy to make. I made it the night before I served it and cut it the next day, that worked great.

Very good, however it takes much longer than 1 hour to really get set up. I made then mid afternoon for a dessert party at nine and they were not quite as "set" as I had hoped when I cut them at 7. I think they were much better the next day. Also, it's not clear which amount of milk goes with which mix. Since the cheesecake called for 1 1/2 c. milk on box, I assumed that 1 2/3 belonged with silk pie, but not clear. Didn't have chocolate squares so I melted some semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
