Leftovers were served following day on chalupas and again was a hit second day in a row. Will most certainly make frequently in summer just gonna cut recipe in half because it is definitely a huge serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love seeing the layers!! I have made and served this to family and friends several times this summer. They have all loved it and ask me to make it again!! We love seeing the layers, but being able to use salad tongs to dig down through the layers and get all the goodness at once! The vegetables, chicken, cheese, and bacon are such a good combination with Ranch dressing! The tomatoes, avocado, and red onion add so much flavor! This salad took me a little more than 15 minutes, more like 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it is so worth it!
