Stir a few drops of lime juice into prepared guacamole. Or if making guacamole ahead of time, also press the reserved avocado pit into guacamole; cover with a piece of plastic wrap pressed directly onto surface of guacamole. Refrigerate until ready to remove pit and use guacamole as directed.
Substitute 1/2 cup crumbled pork rinds for chopped tomatoes and green onions.
For best flavor, use a Haas avocado.
