I am diabetic and I love cranberry sauce, I just have to reduce the sugar per serving - So I use Sugar-free Pineapple, Orange or Strawberry Jello to mix with the whole cranberry sauce (makes it less tangy, it you perfer).
I even make it just for myself any time of the year too! Nothing fancy, without the CoolWhip and just pour it into individual bowls.
Sometimes I add a dash of Allspice to change the flavor a bit and just squirt some sugar-free CoolWhip on the top of it. YUMMY. Very adaptable recipe to change as you like.
