Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe, but I made a few changes. I loved this recipe, but I made a few changes. I cooked a whole pound of beef and added taco seasoning and black beans. I layered it in a 9x13-inch pan, and instead of using chips I used tortillas and then topped it with chips and grated cheese. Delicious! I will definitely make this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from We aren't picky people for the most part, but no one in my fam could eat this. We aren't picky people for the most part, but no one in my fam could eat this. I used scoop type corn chips and they did get really soggy on the bottom. I blended the cottage cheese to smooth it out and that part was ok, but we couldn't get past the soggy chips.
