Banana's, choc. and peanut butter all goes together anyway, topped off with peanuts for a garnish was great to, this is a better version than those other thing's, "something" peanutbutter cups, you know the ones. Now smile to. This is more healthy for you to. Another fine, great idea.

Scale down the fat and carbs by using the fat-free version of the pudding, skim milk and low carb peanut butter - you'll save calories and still have a delicious 'guilt free' treat. Be creative, the fruit, nut and pudding combinations are endless! :-)

Rather than peanut butter I used almond butter and put walnuts in the middle and on top. It is great. Nice to know there are puddings that a diabetic can also eat.
