  • Spread dressing mixture over salad. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Chop avocado; spoon over salad just before serving. Sprinkle with cilantro.

    This looks right up our ally since we love anything Tex Mex!! Has anyone ever thought about adding a layer of corn?? I think that would really taste good in this salad!!! :)
