What You Need

jar  (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce

cups  water
4
large  cloves garlic, minced
4
cups  egg noodles, uncooked
1
cup  POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
3
Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

BRING spaghetti sauce, water and garlic to boil in large skillet. Stir in noodles; cover.

COOK on medium-low heat 12 min. or just until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir.

MIX ricotta and basil; drop spoonfuls over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; cover. Let stand 5 min. until mozzarella is melted.

Special Extra
Cook 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Italian-style mixed vegetables as directed on package. Stir into noodle mixture before topping with spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture. Continue as directed.
Substitute
Substitute BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese for the ricotta.
Special Extra
Crumble 1/2 lb. Italian sausage into large skillet. Cook 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and garlic; bring to boil. Stir in noodles; continue as directed.
