Serve this indulgent vegetarian lasagna with a mixed green salad to round out the meal.
Cook 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Italian-style mixed vegetables as directed on package. Stir into noodle mixture before topping with spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture. Continue as directed.
Substitute BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese for the ricotta.
Crumble 1/2 lb. Italian sausage into large skillet. Cook 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce, water and garlic; bring to boil. Stir in noodles; continue as directed.
