Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was quick, easy and yummy. This was quick, easy and yummy. My family enjoyed it also. I made a couple of changes. I substituted a 15 oz. container of ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese (my kids aren't fans of it), and poured 1/2 cup water around the inside of the casserole dish before baking. This compensated well for the difference in moisture and volume. I also left the dish covered for the entire baking time. The result was delicious and exactly what I was hoping for...a bit more moist and "saucy" looking than the photo. I think this recipe would be great either way...give it a try! :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recently and it turned out well with a few changes. I made this recently and it turned out well with a few changes. Instead of the burger crumbles I used 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef cooked, drained and rinsed. I also added a can of Italian diced tomatoes b/c some of the comments said the dish turned out dry. I will definitely be making this incredibly easy (to make and clean up, too) dish again instead of traditional lasagna:)

I thought this was very good, especailly without all the prep of regular lasagna, but hubby thought it was a little dry. Next time I am going to use a little more sauce. Overall though, everyone liked it and it was extremely easy and a great way to have Boca Burger.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We really liked this recipe, but I used fat free cottage cheese and fat free mozzarella. We really liked this recipe, but I used fat free cottage cheese and fat free mozzarella. I was a little unsure about the fat free mozzarella since fat free cheeses don't always melt the best, but it was great and worked fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was all right. This was all right. I made sure that I added enough sauce so that it wouldn't be dry. I wouldn't make it again, though. I was lacking in something; I just don't know what.
