  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in broth, water and dressing mix. Bring to boil.
  • Add turkey and pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender.

Family Fun

Use fun shapes of pasta, such as stars or alphabets. Smaller pastas may cook in a shorter time, so follow package directions for suggested cooking times.

Special Extra

Serve topped with KRAFT Shredded Cheese, KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese or coarsely crushed crackers.

    I have made this many times, since my first review in 2012 ! The first time, I used leftover turkey - since - I have used chicken and this is the ONLY way and recipe, I will make 'homemade' chicken soup with ! :D And I do add extra veggies !

    I found this to be a very simple yet great tasting way to use up some of the leftover Thanksgiving day turkey

    I also added mashed potatoes into the soup with the water and chicken broth. It made the soup creamy and gave it more of a thickness. Its a good way of utilizing all the leftovers you have plus it was super tasty.
