Rated 4 out of 5 by from I will share this recipe with friends and family. I will share this recipe with friends and family. I added some oregano just to add a little more color, my kids even enjoyed the soup. They didn't care for the name thinking, oh great left over anything is a no, no in my house. It usually means something grose. But now for Christmas I'm trying your Cornish Hens recipe and they can't wait . I don't know why I waited so long to use your web site. Thanks for all your hard work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dish the other night and my whole family LOVED it! I made this dish the other night and my whole family LOVED it! I have a picky family and even my youngest who's 3 loved it! My husbands sister and kids came to visit that night and they loved it too! I double everything because I was feeding a lot of people, but this dish is quick and easy and sooooo delicious! I plan to try it again, but this time with chicken, and I'm sure the results will be outstanding!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is one of those neat dishes that are fast, good and inexpensive. This is one of those neat dishes that are fast, good and inexpensive. However, I used turkey broth (rather than the recommended chicken broth). I made the broth by putting the turkey carcus into a pot with a gallon of water and a chopped up onion, let it simmer for three hours, and strained out the bones and skin. This makes an excellent stock for use with leftover turkey.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am NOT a cook....and so I attempt to make EASY recipes. I am NOT a cook....and so I attempt to make EASY recipes. This is a MUST for everyone! I had no idea what I was going to do with all of our left over turkey and this was the best thing to do with it. Even my picky-eater....my 4 year old son, said the next day after I made this meal, "Mom can you make the turkey soup again?" We all LOVED it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My daughter wont eat soup unless from a can. My daughter wont eat soup unless from a can. She wants to make this all the time. It was perfect with turkey and homemade rolls. I did add the the 3rd can of broth and doubled the vegies. To make this more brothy I just used smaller pasta like spiral. And maybe slightly less water. Otherwise a fast last minute dinner.
