  • Beat cream cheese, drink mix and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in milk. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with berries just before serving.

Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

Substitute

Prepare using your favorite combination of berries, including raspberries and/or blackberries.

I made it with low fat coolwhip and lowfat cream cheese. I had low fat cherry pie filling if they wanted it. It was great. I will definitly make it again.
