I made this but pretty much came up with my own concoction...1/2 cup of crushed ice, container of yoplait ff yogurt, frozen (small) banana and 1 tsp of the sugar free lemonade drink mix, my son loves it!
I added soy protein in the blender to add protein!
Yes I would dietary fiber is not the greatest in this but i added a non flavored fiber to raise the daily intake for my daily amount and bingo i get it all in my fun to do drink why waste what goes into your bodies do what you can with everything.
