  • Prepare cake batter as directed on package, adding drink mix with eggs. Bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package. Cool completely in pan.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix and lemon zest in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to orange juice to measure 3/4 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over cake; top with blueberries.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Variation

Prepare using 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin and COOL WHIP LITE or FREE Whipped Topping.

Substitute

Substitute strawberries for the blueberries.
