Rated 5 out of 5 by from MADE THIS RECIPE WITH 2 CPS. MADE THIS RECIPE WITH 2 CPS. LESS SUGAR TO LIGHTLY COVER THE TOP OF A SPICE CAKE AND LET IT LIGHTLY FLOW OVER THE SIDES. CAUTION--DO NOT LICK THE SPOON. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP. IF THE REMAINDER LASTS LONG ENOUGH, I PLAN TO USE IT AS A DIP FOR THE LITTLE FEET OF GINGERBREAD MEN. THE POOR GUYS WON'T STAND A CHANCE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great recipe! Great recipe! I made it for my father who LOVES lemon cake! It was a hit at his Big 70 Bday party! Have used it for other birtday cakes. My daughters love it without the lemon juice and I use strawberry extract to taste and red food coloring or whatever color they want!
