Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good cookie I made this cookie as part of my Christmas cookies as a new recipe. The cookie part was very good. The filling did not come out looking like the picture, it was too sweet, and like others mentioned, it didn't make enough for the cookies. I would suggest using purchased lemon curd or make lemon curd from scratch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Melt In Your Mouth! My husband took one bite and said, "These are DELICIOUS!" I totally agreed. They are light and delicate and melt in your mouth. The lemon curd filling was great...not too sweet and not tart. I doubled the lemon curd recipe using 1 tsp. per cookie instead of 1/2 tsp. I will definitely be making these again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what it seems made recipe as written - got 46 cookies (used 1 inch cookie scooper) but only enough curd for 19 cookies. lose a lot of the thumb depression when baking (mine took 13 min). do not spread when baking so 4 inch separation seems excessive. taste is nice though.
