Cooked green beans are tossed with lemon juice, mustard and dill then topped with toasted almonds for an elegant, yet easy to make, side dish.

What You Need

Tbsp.  margarine or butter
1
lb.  fresh green beans, trimmed

Tbsp.  lemon juice
2
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4
tsp.  dill weed
2
Tbsp.  PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Make It

MELT margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beans; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

STIR in lemon juice, mustard and dill; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

SPRINKLE with nuts.

Variations
For milder flavor, reduce lemon juice and mustard to 1 Tbsp. each. For stronger dill flavor, increase dill weed to 1/2 tsp.
Substitute
Prepare using frozen whole green beans.
How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
