What You Need

NILLA Wafers
, crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
1/4
cup
butter
, melted
2
cups
frozen vanilla yogurt
, softened
1
pkg. (3 oz.)
JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
2
cups thawed
COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2-1/4
cups mixed fresh
berries
(sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Make It
step 1
MIX
wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 8-inch square pan. Freeze until ready to use.
step 2
BEAT
yogurt and dry gelatin mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add COOL WHIP; mix well. Spoon over crust.
step 3
FREEZE
4 hours. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve. Top with berries.

I love this simple dessert!! I used plain frozen yogurt (in ice cream section)and the tartness adds to the lemon flavor jello. I love the fresh fruits and this year I added thin lemon wafers. Always a hit!!!!!!

I made this for a Memorial Day cookout. It was super easy and tasted great! Everybody loved it!

This recipe doesn't make sense, why frozen vanilla yogart? Let it soften, whip it and then freeze it again? It also would add to the expense of making this. Just use vanilla yogart or greek yogart.

it was a huge hit with family and friends! easy to make and easy to 'change up' with different flavors. I used a mango sherbet and tropical jello. fantastic. no leftovers at my cookout!

Do you think this could be made in the individual foil cupcake cups? Would make it more portable, for a party - as long as the hostess knows you'll need freezer space!!!

I did change this recipe up a little bit and maybe that's why I wasn't crazy about it. First of all, it was hard to find frozen yogurt--I should've gone w/ the low-fat vanilla. And then I used strawberry sugar-free Jello instead--so I don't know if it was the yogurt or the sugar free Jello, but it had an odd taste. Maybe I'll try it again...sticking more to the recipe.
