Substitute small broccoli florets for the Brussels sprouts.
For added flavor and crunch, top with 2 Tbsp. chopped toasted PLANTERS Pecans before serving.
Here's a tasty way to eat your vegetables. As a bonus, the Brussels sprouts provide an excellent source of vitamin C, and a good source of both vitamin A and fiber.

I made a smoothie with this recipe. I made brussel sprouts, snap peas and spinach together and was looking for something to make it taste like something I could stand and like enough to use the rest of the mix. This recipe helped a lot. I also put a small green apple with it. I blended it in my Nutribullet and it was good enough I had more.
I really enjoyed this recipe. My husband and both kids liked it as well, but didn't care for the lemon zest and juice. Next time I might just leave it out of their serving. Will definitely make it again though.
These were very good and easy to make. My dinner guest said they were "melt in your mouth good". My boyfriend had seconds and he doesn't like vegetables. Perhaps the previous reviewer misread the recipe as it only has 1/2 tsp. of Dijon. I also used mayo as I don't like Miracle Whip. A different way of making brussels sprouts!
