This pasta salad was fantastic!! The lemon-dijon sauce was very good. I sprinkled lemon pepper on the chicken before I tossed it in with the pasta and veggies. Excellent!!

What You Need

1/3
cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/3
cup olive oil
1/4
cup lemon juice
4-1/2
cups bow tie pasta (10 oz.), cooked
1
lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
2
cups broccoli florets, cooked until crisp-tender
1
medium red pepper, chopped

Make It

BEAT mustard, oil and lemon juice with wire whisk until well blended.

MIX pasta, chicken, broccoli and red pepper in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
