  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix mustard, lemon juice and oil until blended.
  • Place chicken on rack of broiler pan; brush with mustard mixture. Season with pepper.
  • Bake 40 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).


Prepare using GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard.


If you don't have a broiler pan, you can bake the chicken on a roasting rack placed in a shallow baking pan instead.

    I tried this recipe and it's very good! Good flavor and it comes out really moist. Very good basic, healthy recipe.

    Made this with chicken breasts not a broiler fryer chicken. Turned out great!!! Mixed everything together and marinated for about 30 minutes, baked for 20 minutes and it was done perfectly! YUM YUM YUM!!!

    Loved this recipe!!! Doubled the marinade and also marinaded the inside of the chicken and added Montreal chicken seasoning to it. My husband loved it! Will be doing this again!
