I have made this for years. If u don't have graham cracker u can use vanilla wafers. And if u want a low carb, low cal dessert u can eat anytime, I make mine in a pieplate. so it looks like a pie. Leave off the crust(yes crustless!) and use low-fat mild, or low carb milk. Taste the same. Yes I have made it with strawberry banana crystal lite. It's hard to find crystal lite drink flavors in my area...it's mostly tea flavors. (frustrating)...
