  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add concentrate, beating well after each addition. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP. Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, toss berries with sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve pie topped with berries and remaining COOL WHIP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was surprised at how much I loved this! I was surprised at how much I loved this! It wasn't overwhelmingly lemony and the combination with the strawberries was perfect! It was too light in texture to remind me of cheesecake and my husband doesn't like lemon or cheesecake and ate this up! I only use Neufchatel and it was fine for this recipe.

When I left the 2 pieces there for our hosts my husband whined all the way home. I had to make another one the following weekend. It is so lite a little tangy & refreshing! EASY TOO

I think it would be wonderful with blueberries or raspberries or any kind of berry on top as well. Will be making this again to stay at home with me :)

I have made this recipe a million and one times and it is always a big hit, even if people don't like cheesecake. Which by the way is super crazy!!! I love to mix up the lemonade and try different flavors. Pink lemonade and limeade are my favorites to add.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love it! We love it!! At first it was a bit too tart. I served it with blue berries, strawberries and raspberries. The key was I shook cinnamon on top of the entire serving which added flavor and took the edge of the lemon flavor. It was wonderful!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for Easter. Made this for Easter. Was a big success. Used the 9 oz graham pie crust and doubled the recipe. I did not put the cool whip on top but covered the entire top with strawberries. Everybody like the taste of lemon with the strawberries.
