  • Pour 1/2 cup lemon juice over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of breasts. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasoning.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cut into thin strips.
  • Whisk dressing with remaining lemon juice until blended. Place salad greens in large bowl; top with tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Drizzle with dressing mixture just before serving.
