Super Yummies but makes a lot
Will try again with a different flavor combination. The lentil, orzo and veggies are a great combination and have a wonderful consistency, but the salad was bland - even with the mustard and Italian dressing. It definitely needs a spice boost, but I'm not sure what.
extremely healthy, quite filling. add a pinch of salt before serving or eating. Yummy! I served it with Butternut Squash soup and garlic toast.
