Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for my family Memorial Day weekend. I made this recipe for my family Memorial Day weekend. I have a family member who dislikes traditional potato salad with hard boiled egg in it, so I decided to try this recipe for him. He really liked it and so did everyone else. I did add a little sugar and vinegar as well as a little extra dill, just to make it my own. I am planning to make it again for our next B-BQ.
