My daughter ashey made the pie and this was easy for her to make even though she's only 13years old. She made this with splenda instead of sugar and it came out great. The touch of the lemon zest gives the pie a nice kick.
I used Splenda vs sugar. I subbed the strawberries for strawberry lite pie filling. Working to see if blanched almonds-crushed- will sub for the graham crackers. In the future, I will try flavored gelatin.
