Soo good!!! We love loaded baked potatoes so the idea of putting it into a soup for the colder days was incredible. I boiled my potatoes on the stove, doesn't take much time and I just prefer it that way. Great recipe!!

I took this and ran with it! I use the Steam and Mash potatoes, after being steamed I put them in the broth/milk on the stovetop, add bacon pieces and green onions. I let everything cook for about an hour! Its my husband's favorite dish I have ever made!!
