  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Microwave potatoes as directed on package. (Do not mash.)
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1 Tbsp. chives and pepper until blended.
  • Place potatoes in medium bowl. Add butter and milk; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well. Spread onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with bacon and cheddar.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
