What You Need

Tbsp. butter
1/4
cup chopped onions
1-1/2
cups milk
1
pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1-1/2
cups chopped cooked lobster
2
Tbsp. dry sherry
1/4
tsp. salt

Make It

MELT butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

ADD milk and Neufchatel; cook 5 min. or until Neufchatel is melted, stirring occasionally.

STIR in remaining ingredients; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
